What Is Pirouette?

Pirouette is a window shade that combines clean contemporary lines with premium fabrics. Soft horizontal vanes are attached to a single sheer backing, creating a layered effect that is both striking and functional.
When the vanes are open, you see through the sheer fabric to the view beyond. When closed, the vanes overlap to form a continuous layer of rich fabric, offering complete privacy and a beautiful textile surface. The transition between open and closed is smooth and precise.
Where Silhouette uses two sheer layers with floating vanes, Pirouette uses a single sheer backing with attached vanes. This gives Pirouette a slightly more structured, tailored appearance that works particularly well in formal rooms and contemporary interiors.

The ClearView fabric option is unique to Pirouette. It blocks between 81% and 99% of harmful UV rays regardless of whether the vanes are open or closed. Your furniture, artwork, and flooring are protected from sun damage at all times, even when you have the vanes tilted open to enjoy the view.
Most window treatments only protect when they are fully closed. ClearView changes that. You get full UV protection and a view of the garden at the same time. This is particularly valuable in south and west facing rooms where strong afternoon sun can cause significant fading over time.
