Frequently asked questions

Do you cover all of Scotland?
Yes. We measure, supply, and install across the whole of Scotland, from the Borders to the Highlands and Islands. Our own fitting team travels to you wherever you are.
Is there a charge for home consultations outside the main cities?
Home consultations in and around Dundee, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow are included at no extra cost. For locations beyond these areas, we ask for a £500 site visit fee to cover travel. This is fully refundable against any order placed within three months of your consultation, so if you go ahead, the visit costs you nothing.
Do you use subcontractors in areas far from your studios?
No. Every installation is carried out by our own trained team. We do not use subcontractors anywhere in Scotland. This means you get the same quality of workmanship whether you are five minutes from our studio or five hours away.
Can I visit a Design Studio instead of having a home visit?
Yes. We have Design Studios in Dundee (Broughty Ferry) and Edinburgh (Ratcliffe Terrace), both open by appointment. You can see full size working displays of shutters and blinds, browse materials, and get expert guidance in person.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. If a home visit or studio visit is not convenient, we offer video consultations where we can discuss your requirements, show you options, and provide initial guidance. Call us on 0800 086 2989 to arrange one.
