One of the challenges of being a successful and growing business is handling the volume of incoming telephone calls daily.
Over Four Hundred Calls
We now get over four hundred calls each month, and we don’t want to miss a single one.
We already have a very sophisticated telephone system supplied and maintained by our good friends at Invoco Telecom.
When you call one of our numbers, the phones ring in our Dundee HQ, our Edinburgh showroom and in our homes (we told you we didn’t want to miss your call 😀).
However, these last few months have been challenging. Not just because of the turmoil and uncertainty we all find ourselves in, but also due to the volume of business.
Our New Reception Team
To try and improve our communication with you, we’ve put together a Reception Team.
The girls and boys in our reception team are all new to our business.
Please bear with them and us until they get a chance to get up to speed.

If you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, it will ping on every one of our computer screens and iPhones.
We’re trying very hard to be super communicative in these challenging times, to make sure your call, message, or email doesn’t fall through the cracks.
When one of our reception team answers your call, they will ask you for your name, telephone number and email address. You may have previously given us those bits of information, but it means that all the information we need gets to the right person in one message. They will also ask you who you want to speak with or which products you are interested in. Your call details are then posted on our internal system. We’ll make sure that whoever you are looking to speak with gets back to you as soon as they are available.
New & Existing Customers
Our reception team can also take your deposit and balance payments if you’re an existing customer.
We’re constantly looking at ways to improve our service to you, our customer. Feedback, be it positive, negative, or neutral is always welcome. We’d really love to hear from you.
