- Light Control, Not Blackout: Our shutters are ace at controlling light, but they’re not blackout blinds. A bit of light might sneak through gaps.
- Minor Blemishes: We aim for perfection, but if you can’t see a minor imperfection from 1.5 metres away in natural light, it’s not considered a defect.
- Faux Wood Specifics: For our Faux Wood shutters, we’ll only consider repairs for marks or discolouration visible from 1.5 metres back.
